Lorrie "Ice" Tidwell


Ice coached for Shorewood High School, East Lake Select, Newport Select and Lynnwood's Son League before starting her own training academy in 2007.


As a player she was a "runnin' rebel" at Juanita High School, where she was a standout, named to the first-team WIAA her senior year. She then played for Shoreline Community College where she broke every record and was named First Team All NWAAC her freshman and sophomore years before transferring to play for Gonzaga her junior year.  She finished her career as a semi-pro player with the Florida Knights from 2006 to 2009.


Ice has her B.S. from UW Bothell, and worked for the City of Bellevue from 1989 to 2006 in a variety of youth-related roles, including Director of Youth Sports. She was the city's community liaison to the Storm from 2004-2006.
